Elkhorn Ave Dear Mr. Mankin, Please be advised that the Estes Park Board of Adjustment, at its public hearing held on March 5, 2024, approved the following variances as requested to accommodate construction of new decks: 1. A setback as close as 13’ from the annual high-water mark of the river 2. A setback as close as 4’ from the rear property line 3. A side setback as close as 13’ from the east property line (only applicable if the requested rezoning is approved.)
