Zoning Use Confirmation
Dear Mr. Dutro:
Th is letter is to confirm that the above-referenced property: (a) Is
zoned A (Accommodations); (b) that this zoning districts does allow
single-family dwelling occupancy as a permitted, by-right use in the
Estes Valley Development Code (Table 4-1); (c ) that the units in
question (part of a duplex structure) were constructed and
approved for occupancy as single-family dwellings - specifically as
units "... of attached two family dwelling approved for short term &
long term use" in that category .
I am attaching copies of the Certificate of Occupancy for Unit 33.
The attached CO is unsigned, but please consider this letter as
confirmation as authoritative and durable records that the property
may be used and occupied for residential purposes . We can make
signed copies available with a week or so advance notice, as the
originals are in storage.
I'm glad we could bring this matter to a satisfactory conclusion for
you and the other parties in your transaction, as well as for the
Town of Estes Park.
