It must be on file at the office of the Building Inspector, Town of Estes Park; 10 days before any meeting of the Board of Adjustment. A $25.00 (twenty-five dollar) fee to cover costs of processing appeals and requests for variances shall be paid to the Town Clerk prior to any hearing. PC 6( 136',c.5 j4 43 BRADFORD PUBLISHING GO., DENVER RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS Board of Adjustment August 16, 1979 Board: Chairman Rumley, Members Houston, Sager, Thomas, Wagner Attending: All Also Attending: Town Administrator Hill, Town Engineer/Planner Widmer, Building Inspector Jones FAY - SETBACK VARIANCE - LOT 11, MAJESTIC PINES: Roger Thorp appeared on behalf of Mr. and Mrs. Gary Fay requesting a 21' setback from the east property line of Lot 11, Majestic Pines, rather than the required 25' setback for a deck addition and stairway. Town Engineer/Planner Widmer reported that upon inspection of the premises for the variance, they found that a fence had been partially constructed within the street right-of-way. Member Al Sager moved the variance be granted subject to the fence being moved back onto the property line. Member Wagner seconded the motion and upon roll call the motion unani- mously carried. SPRADLING - SETBACK VARIANCE - LOT 24, WHITE MEADOW VIEW PLACE: Will Spradling appeared requesting a 5'to 7' setback from the east property line of Lot 24, White Meadow View Place rather than the required 10' for a new garage. Mr. Spradling explained that the garage is proposed for that particular location to avoid several large trees and to leave access to his propane tank. A telephone message was received on August 9th from adjacent property owner Barnie Graves stating that he has no objections. Member Al Sager moved the variance be granted.
