This is a petition for a variance of the Zoning Ordinance. It must be on file at the office of the Building Inspector, Town of Estes Park; 10 days before any meeting of the Board of Adjustment. A $25.00 (twenty-five dollar) fee to cover costs of processing appeals and requests for variances shall be paid to the Town Clerk prior to any hearing. The Petitioner or Representative should be present at the meeting. All variances granted by the Board of Adjustment shall become null and void if a building permit has not been issued and paid for and work thereunder commenced within four months from the date the variance was granted. Meusel, Al Sager Attending: All Also Attending: Mayor Tregent, Town Engineer/Planner Widmer, Building Inspector Jones, Town Clerk Van Horn GRAVES - EXPANSION OF NONCONFORMING BUILDING - 551 PONDEROSA DRIVE: Byron L. Graves appeared requesting a variance to allow an addition onto his residence at 551 Ponderosa Drive which is nonconforming because it does not meet the 10' side yard setback requirement. A portion of the proposed addition will also be within the 10' side yard setback. Adjacent property owner Will Spradling telephoned on September 14, 1981 and commented that he had no objection to the variance request. Member Margaret Houston moved that the variance be granted. Member Lamson seconded the motion and it passed by the following votes: Those voting "Yes" Members Houston, Lamson, Meusel, Wagner. Those voting "No" none. Member Sager abstained with permission from the Board. MIRECKI - EXPANSION OF NONCONFORMING BUILDING - 207 CLEAVE STREET: Richard and Marion Mirecki appeared requesting a variance to allow an addition to their residence located at 207 Cleave Street which is nonconforming because it does not meet the front yard setback require- ment. The petitioners wish to enclose the existing porch and extend it along the present building line. Member Al Sager moved the variance request be granted.
