Start Regular Service Program 1. Number and identify serviceable and non-serviceable. 2. Start service and maintenance records. 3. Color code top bonnete with reflective paint. a. Green - High Pressure, 22,516 + b. White - 1,500 GPM c. Yellow - Limited vol-umn tank system d. Black - Temporarily out of service Approximately 160 hours labor + 15 gallons paint and glass beads. B. Locate Valves and Raise to Existing Surface Many valves are buried - need to check entire main distribution system. Locate -and record on maps. Valves should be closed and opened at least once a year. Labor and material unknown. (Fill-in Work) C. Install New Hydrants Per Fire Department Request. Last year they specified three locations - Highway 34. 4 . PLANT MAINTENANCE GLACIER 1. Clean out effluent pond Approximately 5 days - truck & backhoe 2. Repair drain to innfluent chamber Approximately 2 days labor & backhoe Material - 1 12" expandable plug 3. Repair fences , 1 day labor 4. Road maintenance 2 days truck time, 1 day grader -Material from Fall River tank 5. Replace fill on northeast corner. Sand, filter & seed 1 load low grade topsoil, 5 lbs. grass seed FALL RIVER 1. Clean out effluent pond 5 days truck & loader 2. Maintain temporary diversion in river. Amount depends on runoff. Approximately $50.00 materials 3. Paint pipe gallery Approximately 10 gallons paint - 4 days labor 4. Repair road 1 day backhoe, 2 loads material from Fall River tank 5. Weatherstip 5 doors $150 material - 1 day labor . . Replace with 150' 3/4" coppor line given to customer Cost - approximately $1,285 Abandon 1,600 ft. 2" on Spur 66 Line once replaced with 4" but not everyone was tapped over to new line. Suspect 5 places still on old line State keeps digging line up when cleaning their ditches. 5 days backhoe & labor, replace some asphalt. Tapping material in inventory Abandon 350' 2" - West Elkhorn 2" was replaced with 4" but all services weren' t changed over. High maintenance line. 4 to 6 services need to be changed. New taps plus 5-7 days labor & backhoe Some asphalt replacement 500' new 8" line from Acacia to Avalon All pipe and fittings in stock with exception of 1 8" x 8" tap - $1,100 and 1 asphalt patch. Also 10% blasting may be required. Approx. 2 weeks backhoe and labor . STANLEY PARK 1,500 ft. 2" water line $15,258.00 $10.17 per ft. 980 ft. 4" sewer $ 5,791.80 $ 5.91 per ft.
