The items listed had been considered to be Phase III and would be proposed for the 2001 budget. As requested, we are bringing these items to Committee for further discussion. 1. Carpet - replace and install throughout EPPD $ 8,337 2. Tile - Install quarry tile in restrooms and booking area 2,995 3, Blinds - replace window coverings in all offices 1,760 4. Refrigerator - Staff Room 600 5. Ventilation system for new offices 2,836 6. Paint - All cell areas and hallways with epoxy 3,573 7. Ceiling Tile - Replace badly soiled units all offices 800 8. Restroom - Ladies' sink, faucet, vanity & partition with door 2,210 9. Window - Install two awning type in Staff Room 2,480 10. Drinking Fountain - supply and install with drain 2,055 11.
