Box 1287 Estes Park, CO 80517 Re: Letter of Appreciation Dear Chief Racine: I wanted to let you and the Department employees know we appreciate the assistance provided on Thursday October 21, 1991. A mover was bringing some furniture from Kansas to our house at 221 Lott Street but had difficulty locating the house in the darkness of the early morning hours. He explained that one of your officers helped him find a place to park his truck until Thursday morning, and when he couldn't find the house, brought him up Davis Hill to the correct address.
