The undersigned hereby agrees to pay the total actual cost to the State Patrol and the Department of Highways lof conducting any highway closures related to the event described herein and to submit payment in advance for the estimated cost of such closures and to pay for and provide liability insurance in an amount to be determined by the Chief of the State Patrol. Also participating will be the F.B.I. and Sheriff Jim Black. The date has been tentatively set for May 25, 1988. PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE APRIL 28, 1988 AGENDA ITEM #5 Unexpectedly, one of our computer terminals has self destructed. The cost of repair for the unit actually exceeds the purchase price for a new one which is in the neighborhood of $750.00.
