NOW, 'IHEREFORE, in consideration of the aforementioned premises, the undersigned covenants and agrees as follows: 1. The undersigned, The Congressional Corporation, is the cmner ' of all the land within the boundaries of the "Amended Plat of Lots 10, Â·11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17, and portions of Lots 1, 6, 8, ! , and 9, Elkhorn Estates Subdivision, Town of Estes Park, Colorado. i 2. As a condition of the approval of the Amended Plat by the ; Town of Estes Park, that The Congressional Corp., or any subsequent i owner or owners of said property or any lots thereof, shall be responsible to the Town of Estes Park for the cost of the installation ! and paving, street improvements, and/or utilities, as required by i i I ~ Title 16 of the Municipal Code of the Town of Estes Park. The under- signed or any subsequent owner of the property of any lots thereof, 6 i. agrees to pay for such inprovements when said inprovements are required 4 due to the development of the subject property. She wants the sculpture to be mounted in Tregent Park. The Sculpture Committee has reviewed the piece and has determined that it is a good sculpture to add to the park. There will be a need to do site preparation, however, that can wait until next year. Acceptance of this gift is suggested. At approximate station 89+15 Mark Gosslin the CDOT project manager for the Highway 7 construction requested the Town of Estes Park relocate the fire hydrant to facilitate construction of the storm drainage system. This construction was performed by Weinland Construction, Inc., outside of the Town contract.
