Dear Mr. Linnane: Ten Communications has been hired by U S West to design facilities and acquire easements for equipment cabinets which will provide private telephone lines in the area around Estes Park. one of the proposed locations for an equipment cabinet is on Lot 16, Carriage Hills 8th Filing which is the property of Estes Park. The cabinet would be placed approximately 215 feet north of the southeast corner of Lot 16, which is adjacent to the north side of the gravel driveway as shown on the enclosed sketch and photograph. We have enclosed a drawing and copy of the cabinet planned for this location, along with two copies of the standard U S West Agreement form describing the easement. If you have any questions, please call me on 303-330-2741. If the form is satisfactory, please have one copy signed by the authorized individual(s), notarized and returned to me at the above address. When we receive the signed copy, a check will be sent to you for $450.00. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. A reply by 4-1-94 would be appreciated. Notary Public Grantor: R/W 11 JOB # EXCH r March 18,1994 TO: Public Works Committee i FROM: Greg Sievers f RE: TRASH COLLECTION CONTRACT A-1 trash Company has been providing the Town with collections services since January 1991. Their current contract has been in effect since January 1992 for the annual sum of $13,575.60, or $1,131.30 per month. A-1 Trash has requested a5% increase and a new two year contract. They have indicated the need for this increase due to landfill costs, transportation expense, insurance and general operational inflation. We recommend this increase to the committee based on the comparative 1 increases with our other service contractors and A-1 's high level of quality. With committee approval the new contract will begin April 1, 1994 and ' run through December 31, 1995, for the annual total of $14,254.38 or $1,187.87 per month, which is an increase or $56.57 per month. 1-1 y unt\1 \\ Il- -1 \\c /4% 1 / h qu;ji i'1Ck 4 - \ 11 1 .lili 1 7.m'lk 1 7 i I 6 \\\ - I'l" 1\\ I 1 2 1 1 I f 1~ -1111 li~ 1 / . 11 Uff - 1\\ , 49«..7// 44 1. 0 4 cr,~:4,-3 4861 la Ch U iz i .-111 1. 1 lili lilli i 4 6 1-- 9 1 c di Ii....,i iul I I / / 1 41 1 1,4 44 'ch. tb !11 1 11 '~'·h igw\\\\\* c /5/ l 2//P,/ 11\ Al! 11. i d,1 / ti :4 \I, dir) lul ~ ~~ /~l- lil#/~~/ 1~4 .,/.)~11/,2.. , \ \\ v 1 ile lili _li t.1/ i~ 44 - -\-- - - al~ :l.= , ~:- -. d 4 uj 14)1 1 614¢/// 0 11 4 111; IN 111 4 , ! | til 110-1 4 · -1 *.0 lili .3 1 1 . 1 ZI! 1,1 Slim Fi .J i / 2 /- I - 1 64) Cil! i ~11 ~4 4 1 hib i ' th® IN) :ti I j i 1« 123 till '!li: '<:.
