() 4) in 0 October 5, 1992 t fE Mr. Bill Linnane m to Director of Public Works -M <b C 00 P.O. Box 1200 (0 1.0 a Estes Park, CO 80517 ro C.) RE: Platted Road - Big Horn Subdivision Dear Mr. Linnane: Along the north side of Lots 2, 3 & 4, Big Horn Subdivision, a 10 foot wide platted road exists. It was first dedicated in 1920 on the Websters Resubdivision plat. Since that time, no road has ever been constructed and a wood rail fence was constructed along its north side by the property owner to the north. The road does not provide access to this property, the property to the north or the property to the west. It also does no connect to the Virginia Drive right-of-way to the east. Big Horn Subdivision and the Poirier property to the west receive their access from Big Horn Drive. The Schultz property to the north receives it's access from Virginia Drive. We would like to ask the Town Board to vacate this right-of-way and reserve it as a utility·easement only. In exchange, the Big Horn Subdivision owners will dedicate their right-of-way to the public which will then provide all owners in the vicinity a dedicated public access which they do not now have.
