As a non -conforming use the continuation of this commercial use is subject to the relevant provisions of the Estes Valley Development Code, in particular Chapter 6. Nonconforming uses, structures and lots. Please take note that the use of this property to manufacture and assemble log fumiture constitutes a violation of the Estes Valley Development Code (see Chapter 5, home occupations; and Chapter Four, Permitted Uses in Residential Zoning Districts).
