The BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT meets at 8:00 A.M. on the first TUESDAY of each monti
(as needed), in the Board Room (Room 103) of the Municipal Building.
This is a petition for a variance of the zoning ordinance. It must be on fill
at the office of the Building Official, Town of Estes Park, twenty-one (21) day
prior to the Board of Adjustment meeting. A $50 fee to cover cost of processin
appeals and requests for variances shall accompany the application. Check
should be made payable to TOWN OF ESTES PARK.
All variances granted by the Board of Adjustment shall become null and void i
a building permit has not been issued and paid for, and work thereunde
commenced within four months from the date the variance is granted.
