Good afternoon,
Attached is an address correction for a section of residences located off of Fall River Road, in Estes Park.
1. Some of the addresses in this area are still called Fall River Rd, although they are not actually on Fall River
Road. These addresses are being corrected to reflect Homestead Lane or Deer Ridge Dr, depending on their
location.
2. Some of these properties were previously changed and given the road name of Knobtop Mountain Place,
which those property owners did not like nor want. These property owners have gotten together and voted to
change the road name from Knobtop Mountain Place to Deer Ridge Drive. This street name has been
checked and is available.
These addresses are being corrected as follows:

There are two remaining properties at the end of what is now named Deer Ridge Drive. These two properties
are located in Larimer County and will need the help of Larimer County to update their addresses.
Please see the attached map for more clarification.
