(CES) has reviewed the proposed site plan for Lot 2, Gravel Subdivision. The site plan was reviewed only for storm drainage impact as related to the drainage report prepared by CES dated August 2006. Drainage Report for Gravel Subdivision: With future size and configuration of the proposed residences and driveways unknown, areas were assumed to be similar to the existing drive and residence for run-off calculations. Based on the drainage calculations produced the storm water detention basins located on Lots 1 and 2 where sized to retain the developed flows and release at the historic rate.
