Box 757 Estes Park, CO 80517 Re: Town of Estes Park 1990 Water Looping Projects Dear Mr. Ownby: This letter is in regards to an existing 2" water main which crosses your property in Estes Park, Colorado. The property effected being Lot 37 of the White Meadow View Place Addition and Lot 6 of the Manford Additions, both subdivisions being part of the Town of Estes Park, County of Larimer, State of Colorado. The Town of Estes Park will surrender, by ordinance at your written request, any and all right, title, and interest of right-of-way, over, through, and across the path of said 2" water main; that the Town may have acquired through time by presecriptive rights. Said request for ordinance must be made in your written hand, and may be requested at any time in the future.
