A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 249 MOUNTAIN VIEW LANE AMENDED PLAT
WHEREAS, anapplication for the 249 Mountain View Lane Amended Plat was
filed by Stephen Murphey (Owner/Applicant, 240 Mountain View lane), Margo and
Lawrence Drees (Owner/Applicant, 225 Westview Lane); and
WHEREAS, the 24QMountain View Lane Amended Plat proposes aboundary line
adjustment between two lots appnoxmatelyO2O and 0.88 acres in size, located within
the E(Eatate)Zoning District; and
VVHEREAS, a public hearing, preceded byproper public notice, was held by the
Board of Trustees on August 22. 2823 and at said hearing all those who desired to be
heard were heard and their testimony recorded; and
WHEREAS, the Board ofTrustees finds the applicants have complied with the
applicable requirements of the Estes Park Development Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE|TRESOLVED BYTHE BOARD OFTRUSTEES OF
THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK, COLORADO:
The 240Mountain View Lane Amended Plat ishereby approved.
