How frequently will the tractor be used? 3. Under what conditions will the tractor be used? Grade A Shows At Stanley Field Municipally Owned East Edge of Town • HOME OF THE "ROOFTOP RODEO" '3) yr� Etge4 peva gone Stet, aad Rodeo, eamsteaee Steed rPe , ea vtado ee "HORSE CAPITOL OF THE NATION" DRAFT POLICY ON LOCAL USE OF FAIRGROUNDS It is the policy of the Town of Estes Park and the Estes Park Horse Show and Rodeo Committee to encourage local use of the Heated Estes Park Fairgrounds subject to the following guidelines: Grandstand 1. Local use shall be restricted to organized group or club 5/8 Mile activities (e.g. Trail Ridge Riders, 4-H clubs, scouts, Race Track etc.) . Use of the Fairgrounds by individuals is prohibited. 2. Fairgrounds use must be scheduled with the Fairgrounds Complete General Manager/Executive Director and is subject to Rodeo facility availability. Local users are encouraged to Facilities schedule activities a minimum of two weeks in advance of the event. Special Contestant and 3.
