This was following up on a request from the Larimer County Building Department and the Town of Estes Park Building Department. The concern was that the property has been renovated extensively without having any permits obtained for work completed. I entered the property and made contact with Brian DELANEY, one of the property owners. I explained to DELANEY why I was investigating this case and requested that he complete a Voluntary Statement to detail the work that has been completed on the property to date. DELANEY stated that he would contact me upon completing the Voluntary Statement. I did photograph portions of the exterior of the dwellings on the property for the case file.
