3. Sign-up sheet for volunteers needed for May 8 (Arbor Day)
3. Tree Symposium
1. Sign-up sheet for volunteers needed for Symposium jobs
2. Symposium promotion: ads, posters, letters to HOAs, announcements at
meetings such as Rotary, radio time and other ideas. Report on bills stuffer
and first press release.
3. Report on income and expenses to date from Barb
4. Lunch selections for volunteers and speakers
5. Door prizes & "cookie contest"
