Event Information
EVENT INFORMATION
If you are applying for a new event you must apply at least 120 days prior to the event, to allow time for Town Agencies and
Town Board approvals. If you are applying for an existing event, you must apply at least 60 days prior to the event.
Please make sure to have the following documents ready to upload along with your application. You will not be able to
complete the application without these documents:
Map of the park you are requesting with your layout overlaid, event logo for advertising, map of route if
parade/race/marathon.
Your application is not complete until you have finished All pages and signed the form.

* To be considered for a local non-profit rate, you must be registered with the Secretary of State as a non-profit organization and 80% of membership must
reside in the Estes Valley.
The 30th annual Scandinavian Midsummer Festival is a free, open to the public celebration sharing
Scandinavian culture and traditions with the community by offering a wide selection of Scandinavian foods,
beverages, performances, activities and games for attendees of all ages
The target market for our event is the local Estes Park community, the summer tourists to Estes Park, the
Scandinavian-American community, and anyone who is interested in a fun, family friendly outdoor weekend
event.
The annual festival brings both attendees and festival participants to Estes Park who avail themselves of the
lodging, restaurants, and Rocky Mountain National Park for their enjoyment. We will be in participation with local
shops in Estes Park as well for the festival.
