EVENT INFORMATION
If you are applying for a new event you must apply at least 120 days prior to the event, to allow time for Town Agencies and
Town Board approvals. If you are applying for an existing event, you must apply at least 60 days prior to the event.
Please make sure to have the following documents ready to upload along with your application. You will not be able to
complete the application without these documents:
Map of the park you are requesting with your layout overlaid, event logo for advertising, map of route if
parade/race/marathon.
Your application is not complete until you have finished All pages and signed the form.

A TCP (Traffic Control Plan) may be required.

* To be considered for a local non-profit rate, you must be registered with the Secretary of State as a non-profit organization and 80% of membership must
reside in the Estes Valley.
Estes Valley Sunrise Rotary's annual fundraiser for non-profits and school scholarships. Event showcases
handmade work of about 100 artists from across the country. We will bring a stage to use for musicians.
Locals and Labor Day Weekend out of town visitors that are interested in products that are handmade.
Estes Park Community participates as volunteers, as attendees, and vendors and as beneficiaries. This event is
one of our primary annual fundraisers. Proceeds help to fund a robust community grant program, community
services initiative, and scholarships for local High School graduates.
