Walkway needs to be illuminated
Cut tree branches from roof on east side of home
Fire mitigation for plant/bush on SE corner and around house
Seal hole on east side second story
Smoke/CO detectors in every bedroom
Bathroom outlet needs to be fixed
Smoke alarm outside 1st floor bedroom needs to be 12” minimum from ceiling
Exhause pipe for water heater needs 6” clearance
Weather strip on crawl space door
Guard rail in stairs needs to be minimum 34” high
