ESTES PARK LOCAL MARKETING DISTRICT
Board of Directors
Applications are being accepted for one position on the Estes Park Local Marketing District
Board of Directors for a term expiring on December 31, 2027. The Town of Estes Park Board
of Trustees will appoint a new member to the board. There are seven Directors, five
appointed by the Town of Estes Park Board of Trustees and two appointed by Larimer
County Board of County Commissioners. The appointees need to be a resident within the
District boundaries for at least one year prior to being appointed, and must continue to
remain a resident of the District’s service area during their entire term.
The Estes Park Local Marketing District mission is to attract visitors to the District through
effective and efficient marketing in order to drive year-round economic growth. The LMD
vision is to be a year-round tourism and group destination that supports our healthy mountain
community with a balance of financial success, memorable experiences for visitors and
quality of life for our residents and employees.
The LMD Board meets at least once a month for approximately 3 hours and minimal
committee work would be required. Please reference the Estes Park Local Marketing District

Submit Volunteer Application, resume and cover letter, no later than 5:00 p.m., Friday,
October 20, 2023.
