eeting of the Board of Directors of the Estes Park
Golf & Country Club,
October, 7, 1929.
A meeting of the Board of Directora,of: the
Estes Park Golf & Country Club was called to r er
by Vice President, Sam Service at the office of
Hayden Brothers at 3:00 P. M. October, 7, 1929.
The following members of the Board were
present. Service, . E. James, II. E. oendonald,
A. Hayden, Wiest.
The minutes of the last meeting of the board
were read and approved as read.
The President then declared the nominations
for the office of President open. H. E. jame was
nominated. oved seconded and carried that the
nominations be cloned a d that the Secretary be in-
structed to cast a unanimous ballot for H. E. James.
Nominations for Vice President were declared open
and S Service was nominated. There being no further
nominations, the nominatione were declared closed and
the Secretary in tructed to at a unanimous ballot
for 3am Service. Julian Hayden was duly nomin ted
Secretary and Albert Hayden was duly nominated Treasurer.
No further no tnations being received the nominations
were eec;ared close and the Secretary instructed to
eaat a unanimous ballot for Julian Hayden as Sec, and
for Albert Hayden for Treasurer.
President James then too the chair appointed
the f ilo in committee ch irmen.
Greens Committee --Sam Service, House Committe y Wdest,
Tournament liammittee, Homer Ha ar
It was moved that the Club close on, Oct. 15th
and that Elmer Jones be paid off on that day.
Dr. Roy Wiest was appointed acting Secretary
and Treasurer with power to sign checks during the
absehce of the Hayden Brothers.
The application of ,e.s. Da Lamb to manage
the restaurant i the same capacity as laet aeason
for the coming ae soh was read. Regulary i.sved
sedonded and unanimousely carried that we engage
Mrs. L rib for the 1930 season at the same salary,
namely $125.00 a month.
On regular motion duly seconded and carried
the meeting adjourned.
