ESTES PARK GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB
Directors fleeting, October 6, 193)8
The meeting was called to order by Pres. Gooch
at 4:01 p.m.
Nominations for officer were opened. The following
were nominated;
Pres. E. C. Gooch
Vice.Pres.'Ethel:�ills
Secretary, Julian Hayden
Treasurer, Fay Brianard.
It was moved and seconded that the nominations
be closed and the officers elected by acclamation. Carried.
It was voted to turn the matter of salary for
Gar Burdick, and the matter of addition to his house
over to a committee composed of Gooch and Hall. They
were also instructed to look into the matter of building
a caddy house.
It was voted to authorize the officers to accept
a loan of $200. from Brainard a�i and'a loan
from Ethel Mills of $300. each to carry 6% interest.
Meeting adjourned at 4:30 p.m.

Annual Stockholders Meeting 1937
The meeting was called to order at_ the Club House on
October 6th, 1937, and adjourned to the Hayden Realty office.
Present were E. C. Gooch, F. E. Brainard, Julian Hayden,
Harry Boyd, Byron Hall, and Mrs. Ethel Mills, representing with
their proxies 135 votes (109 needed for quorum)
Fay Brainard read the financial report attached. the
report was discussed and it was felt that the proportion of
food costs to meal revenue was too high. The report was.
accepted and ordered filed.
It was moved that the club pay Gar Burdick $15.00 a
month from October 1, 1937 to March 1, 1938. Seconded. Carried.
Nominations for Directors were;':E. C. Gooch,Fay Brainard,
Julian'Hayden,.'.Glen.Preston, Byron Hall, Harry Boyd; Ethel Mills.
Moved the nomination be closed ands.iroctors be Elected by acclamation.
Carried.
The meeting adjourned at 4:00 p.m.
