ESTES PrRK GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB.
DIRECTORS METING.
A meeting of the directors of the Estes Park
Golf & Country Club was called to order by President
Gooch at the Town Hall September 21 at 10:00 P. .
Directors present Gooch, Brainard, Hall, Mills, Hayden,
Preston and Lewis.
President Gooch turned the chair over to Glen
Preston pending the election of a president. Nominations
for President were declared open. E. C. Gooch was nominated
by Ethel Mills and the nomination seconded by Hall. There
being no further nominations it was duly moved, seconded
and carried thet E. C. Gooch be elected President by acclamation.
President Gooch resumed the chair.
Byron Hall was nominated as Vice President by Preston
and the nomination was seconded by Hayden. There being no
further nominations it was moved, seconded and carried that
Byron Hall be elected Vice President by aaclamation.
F. E. Brainard was nominated Treasurer by Hayden and
the nomination seconded by Gooch. There being no further
nominations an motion duly seconded and carried F. E.
Brainard was declared elected Treasurer by acclamation.
Julian Hayden Was nominated Secretary by Brainard
and the nomination was seconded by Hall. There being no
further nominations on motion duly seconded and carried
Julian Hayden was declared elected Secretary by acclamation.
0n motion duly seconded and carried the meeting ad-
journed.
