Gooch at 2 :15 P. Y. Present ,:ere stockholders Gooch, Brainard, Hayden and. Mills and Lewis. Representing in person 22"shares andby proxy 1271 shares. A total of 1551 shares out of 215 shares outstanding and thereby constituting a quoram. The minutes of the last annual meeting were read a nd approved as read. 'roved by Brainard and Seconded by Mills that the meeting be adjourned to October 1st at 8 P. 1. at the Town Hall. Motion carried. Moved and seconded to adjourn. Motion carried. 1h'- - �- Julian Hayden, Secretary. Oct. 1, 1943. The adjourned annual meeting of the Estes Park Golf & Country Club was reopened and called to order by Pres. Gooch at the Town Hall at 8:00 P. M. October 4th. Present were stockholders Gooch, Brainard, Mills, Lewis, Hayden, H. B. Boyd, James Boyd, F. Hondius and Y. Service. • Minutes of meeting of Sept. 13 were read and approved as read. Treasurer Brainard gave a detailed report of the financial condition of the club. It was moved by Mrs. Hondius and seconded by Yrs. Service that the report of the treasurer be accepted and that a copy of the report be made a part of these minutes. Motion carried. The matter of collect ing donations from those using the social privaleges of the club aas discussed. Mrs. Hondius suggested that she could solicit these contributions. The arrangement between the Clarks and the Club was discussed at length. Moved by Brainard and seconded MIPP Page. 2 The Estes Park Golf Sc Country Club. Oct. 1, 1943. ANNUAL MFFTING, Continued. by Mills that when arrangements with the Clarks is made for another season that in addition to the expenses they carried in 194F, they be asked to assume the expense of ice, water rerlt, collection of green fees and care of locker room. :Lotion carried. The condition of the Club House and its needed repairs and equipment was fully considered. Nominations were declared open for seven Directors for the ensuing year. It was moved by James Boyd and Seconded. by Mrs. Hondius that the old board with the exception of Mr. Hall, who is no longer eligable, namely, Gooch,. Brainard, Mills, Lewis, Preston, Hayden, be nominated for directors for the ensuing year. Motion carried. The above mentioned persons were declared nominated. R. R. Macdonald was nominated by Brainard the nomination being seconded by Mills. Paul Monahan was nominated by Mrs. Hondius and the nomination seconded by Mrs. Service. It was moved by Brainard and seconded by Hayden that the nominations be closed. Motion Carried. On ballot the following were elected as directors: Gooch, Brainard, Preston Lewis, Mills, Monahan, Hayden. On motion duly seconded and carried the meeting adjourned. JWLIAA. G� . Julian Hayden, Sec.
