RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS
Minutes of the annual meeting of the Stockholders of the Estes Park
Golf and Country Club, Inc., held in the Municipal Building in Estes
Park, Colorado, on the 14th day of September, 1981 at 2:00 p.m.
Present: Harry B. Tregent, Robert E. Wagner, John McGraw, George J.
Hix, Jim Beauchamp, Tom Brown, Bob Diers, Dale G. Hill
The Secretary called the roll with the following shares of stock being
represented:
Town of Estes Park - represented by Mayor Harry
B. Tregent
Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Recreation District
represented by Jim Beauchamp and Tom Brown
George Hix, Trustee
1121 Shares
16 Shares
27 Shares
John J. McGraw Estate - represented by John McGraw 5 Shares
160; Shares
Chairman Tregent stated that out of 216 shares, 1601 shares were
represented and, therefore, declared a quorum present.
Minutes of the annual meeting of the Stockholders of the Estes Park
Golf and Country Club held on the 8th day of September, 1980 were read
and approved as read.
Secretary/Treasurer Dale G. Hill reported a balance in the savings
account in the amount of $101.56 as of June 30, 1981.
Chairman Tregent declared nominations in order for the Board of
Directors. Robert E. Wagner moved the following persons be elected
to the Board of Directors:
Harry B. Tregent, Robert E. Burgess, H. Bernerd Dannels,
Byron L. Graves, Margaret Houston, Craig W. Meusel, Robert
E. Wagner
Harry B. Tregent seconded the motion and it passed by the following
votes: Those voting "Yes" the Town of Estes Park, Rocky Mountain
Metropolitan Recreation District, George Hix, and John McGraw. Those
voting "No" none.
Jim Beauchamp asked those present if they would have any objections
to the liquor license at the club house being converted from a 3.2%
beer license to a license allowing malt, vinous and spirituous liquor.
All present stated that they had no objections.
There being no further business, it was regularly moved, seconded and
carried that the meeting adjourn.
