HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES Special Meeting - Board of Directors Estes Park Golf and Country Club 1983-02-22BRADFORD PUBLISHING CO., DENVER RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS Minutes of the special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Estes Park Golf and Country Club Corporation, held in the Municipal Building in Estes Park, Colorado, on the 22nd day of February, 1983. Present: Harry B. Tregent, Robert E. Wagner, Margaret Houston, George J. Hix, H. Bernerd Dannels, Byron L. Graves, Dale G. Hill President Harry B. Tregent declared the special meeting of the Board of Directors open. Secretary Dale G. Hill reported that a Quit Claim Deed dated December 5, 1979, between Estes Park Golf and Country Club, Inc., Grantor, and 0. M. Nagl and L. M. Nagl, Grantees, was recorded on January 11, 1980, without signatures. Secretary Hill requested the President and Secretary sign this Deed. Trustee George J. Hix moved the President and Secretary of the Estes Park Golf and Country Club sign the Quit Claim Deed. There being nofurtherbusiness, the meeting adjourned. /. Dale G. Hili, Secretary QUIT CLAAM DEED This QUIT CLAIM DEED, made to be effective as of December 5, 1979 by and between ESTES PARK GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB, INC. a Colorado nonprofit corporation, as Grantor,•and O. M. Nagl and L. M. Nagl, as Joint Tenants, as Grantees, WITNESS: As a part of the consideration to Grantees, under that certain Easement Agreement dated December 5, 1979, recorded January 11, 1980 at Book 2018 and Page 70 with the Larimer County Clerk and Recorder, Ft. Collins, Colorado; Grantor hereby grants, sells, quit claims, assigns, gives and conveys unto Grantees, their heirs and assigns forever, all their right, title and interest, if any, in and to the following described real property, to -wit: A twenty foot wide strip of land lying between Lots 1 and 2, South St. Vrain Addition to the Town of Estes Park, to the West of the strip, and Block 1, Golf and Country Club Addition to the Town of Estes Park, to the East of the strip, being more particularly described as: Beginning at the True Point of Beginning, being a point approximately 20 feet N. 80°59'12" E. of the Northeast corner of Lot 1, South St. Vrain Addition; thence to the Northeast corner of Lot 1, South St. Vrain Addition; thence in a Southerly direction N. 00656'16" W. a distance of 319.13 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 2, South St. Vrain Addition; thence in an Easterly direction N. 89°03'12" E. approximately 20 feet; thence to the True Point of Beginning; all describing a generally rectangular figure twenty (20') feet in width, and running approximately North and South in its long dimension; all lying in the Town of Estes Park, Larimer County.
