INFORMATION DISTRIBUTION, PARKING, ROADS AND BYPASSES, MULTI -
MODAL TRANSPORTATION, SHUTTLES.
Fred Mares reviewed the prioritization exercise that was utilized at the December
meeting. The prioritization of discussion topics will be used to organize and draft the
final report to the Town Board. The Committee continued with the exercise by
categorizing the topics into short term, mid -range, or Tong -term timeframes. For the
purpose of the exercise short term was defined as 1-5 years, mid -range as 5-15 years,
and long-term as 15-30 years. The timeframes will be used to help in identifying topics
that the Committee considers to be higher priority than others. All discussion topics will
be included in the final report either in the body of the report as a recommendation or in
the appendix, ensuring that none of the information discussed by the TVC will be lost or
disregarded.

meeting. The prioritization exercises will continue at subsequent meetings and are
scheduled to be finalized at the January 25, 2012 meeting.
