All initial inspections and 1 re-inspection are included in the application fee. All inspections performed beyond
these two will be assessed a $100 fee PER inspection.
Initial Inspection Not Approved- No Fee
1.You are only permitted to use the 2
bedrooms that have the egress windows.
2. The other 2 rooms must have the beds
removed since there are no egress windows.
3. You need the anti tip device that we talked
about for your stove.
4. You need to install smoke detectors in
each bedroom and 1 outside of the bedrooms
with-in 15'. Smoke detectors must have 10
year batteries.
Your Vacation home rental will be changed to
reflect 2 bedrooms.
Approved address identification, illumination.
Window wells clearance, ladder, EE&RO
Exterior fire pit (wood) shall comply with Fire Department requirements
Private septic systems require
Handrails, Guardrails, Illumination
Smoke Alarms in each sleeping room & within 15ft of doorway.
