FUEL TANKS:
Bob Scott, Stanley Park Manager, requested that two 1,000 gallon under-
ground fuel tanks be installed at Stanley Park along with an electric
pump registering gallons only. The Committee recommends the Horse Show
and Rodeo Committee be authorized to install the tanks and pump at a
location determined by the Horse Show Committee.
WIND DAMAGES - INSURANCE:
Bob Scott reported the following wind damages at
Speaker system $ 450.00
Announcers booth, judges stand,
stables and snow fence 2,100.00
Lighting in judges stand and
arena 1,779.00
Pole lights in arena 395.00
Sign 700.00
Stanley Park:
$5,424.00
Insurance coverages have paid the losses for the ticket booth, stables,
grandstand, and corrals in the amount of $1257.00 and will also pay
the damage to the sign. Items not covered by insurance are:
Judges stand and gazebo
Announcers booth overlooking arena
Lights and speakers
Snow fence
Wiring not involved in a specific building
REPORTS:
Construction on the new barns will begin next week and should be completed
within two weeks.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
