LIONS CLUB CONCESSION CONTRACT:
The existing 5-year contract between the Estes Park Lions Club

has prepared a new contract which proposes a five -year lease,
30% of net profits be paid as rent for the premises and exclusive
concession for the sale of all food, drink and tobacco products
located at Stanley Park. The Estes Park Horse Show and Rodeo
Committee has reviewed the new contract and recommends a
one-year lease, 50% of the net profits, and, as long as a
different type of food is sold, other than that offered at the
Concession Stand, no exclusive on food. The Committee recommends
the Estes Park Lions Club Concession Contract be tabled until
such time as a Lions Club representative will be present to
address the Committee.
