HORSE SHOW CONTRACTS. The Committee reviewed the standard horse show contract for the Colorful Colorado Quarter Horse Show scheduled June 22 - 24, 1990. This show contains approximately 200-260 horses. The Committee recommends approval of the contract as presented. OTHER CONTRACTS. Wild Wild West Show. Manager Scott reported that T. J. White has requested the use of the grounds July 6 - 8, 1990 to present a "Wild Wild West Show." Staff has obtained a favorable response to a preliminary reference verification. The rental rate for the grounds is $500/day, plus fees for the camper hookups and dump station. The Committee recommends approval of the Contract, contingent upon: (1) adequate proof of insurance; (2) in- spection, by Fire Chief Rumley, of the guns being fired; and (3) evening performances concluding by 10:00 P.M. Clinic. Representatives from the Arabian Trust have requested use of the grounds June 25 - 27, 1990 to conduct a "Cutting Horse Clinic." Rental fees would be similar to that charged for standard horse shows. Following discussion, the Committee recommends approval of the dates, authorizing staff to prepare a contract for execution by the Mayor. REPORTS. Representatives from the International Llama Show have inquired if the grounds, including an indoor arena, would be available June 19 - 23, 1991. Manager Scott will continue negotiations to bring this show to Estes Park. There being no further business, Chairman Aldrich adjourned the meeting at 2:17 P.M.
