REQUEST TO USE GROUNDS: Americade, Inc. The Committee reviewed the standard agreement with Americade for their use of the grounds September 7, 1990. The Commit- tee recommends approval of the request. American Diabetes Association. The Association has requested use of the grounds June 2, 1990 for a bicycle tour. The Lions Club will serve dinner and breakfast. The HSRC has recommended a rental fee of $200. The Committee discussed fee policy and recommends approval of the $200 charge; however, the source of funding is yet -to -be determined (i.e.: Special Events Fund). Colorado Good Sam Club. The Club has requested use of the grounds in June, 1992. Approximately 300-500 RV units, requiring dry hookups could attend. The HRSC has recommended a rental fee of $6.00/unit/day, with the option of confirming a 3-year contract with a fee of $5.00/unit/day including the indoor arena. The discounted fee was based on the number of units and sites. Discussion included commercial campground referral policy and rates, with the Committee recommending approval of the request; staff will confirm which option has been selected. If the 3-year commitment is selected, Town Attorney White will prepare the contract. Fastlane Productions. A contract prepared by Town Attorney White, in the amount of $4,600, binding the lighting, sound, and staging for the concerts during the Rooftop Fair and Rodeo was submitted by Fastlane Productions. A deposit of $2,600 is due April 26. The Committee recommends approval of the contract as submitted. REPORTS. Negotiations have been successful with the International Llama Show. The group will use the grounds and the indoor arena June 23 - 25, 1991. Approximately 30 states may be represented. Town Attorney White will prepare the agreement.
