concerns.
USE OF FAIRGROUNDS FOR FUNDRAISER
Responding to a July 1, 1992 letter from Josh Henderson requesting
permission to use the fairgrounds for an August 6th fundraiser for
Brandon Holst (a 19 year old Estes Park resident who was recently
diagnosed with Hodgkins disease), the Committee recommends free use
of the fairgrounds for this benefit concert, with the sponsor
providing proof of insurance for the event, and supplying the
Committee with a financial report following the event's conclusion.

Director Scott suggested events to be continued, i.e. Surprise
Sale, Valentine's Weekend, Art Walk Weekend and Jazz Festival, Kite
Fly, Wool Market, Folks Festival, Christmas Parade, Jingle Bells

participants in 1991 to 121 in 1992. There were 103 entries at the
Wool Fleece Show and vendor booths were rented with a waiting list.

Director Scott thanked Coordinator Hinze and the committee,
consisting of Molly Kemper, Diane Stott, Ellen Sloan, Chris and
Phil Switzer, Kaye Collins, Myrtle and Roy Dow, and Clyde Vair for
their assistance. It is suggested the event be kept free to the
public with a possible $1.00 parking fee in 1993. The following

Actual Expense to date $17,962
