REPORTS.
Lt. Emerine presented test copies of new statistical data
recently made available through the use of the Larimer County
Sheriff's Department computer system. Reports generated
through this system will provide a monthly dispatch summary
identifying time intervals between dispatching a call and
completing said call. In addition, the Department will have
the ability to focus in on the time of day when calls are most
frequent. Chief Racine commented that such cooperation with
the Sheriff's Department, i.e. providing office space, has
proved very beneficial to the Town. The Committee commended
both Departments in establishing such a high level of
cooperation.
Monthly Reports were unavailable as the existing computer
system (hard -drive) failed. However, data was not lost, and
it will be converted to a stand-alone system.
As suggested, special attention will be given to Summer
personnel relative to the skateboard ordinance.
The Committee questioned the possibility of barbed-wire
