Dispatcher Mrs. Jean Seybold appeared and requested a forty hour work
week. The Committee tabled action on this request.
Judge Wilson recommended that the Town Attorney prosecute all cases in
which a complaining witness files the complaint and the defendent is
represented by counsel and that the Town Attorney interview the com-

Town Attorney can give his advise.
Judge Wilson's salary request was tabled until a legal opinion could be
obtained on providing a certain amount of salary per case. Chief Banks

that became court cases during this year.
The delinquent occupation tax licenses were discussed. The Committee
decided to write letters to the out of town businesses that are apparent-

inesses that are delinquent and issue citations when required.
The Committee recommends the Board of Trustees study the methods of
establishing the lists of out of town businesses operating in Estes
Park and the procedures to be followed in order to facilitate collect-

The Committee decided to devote an entire Police Committee meeting to
the training programs needed by the Department.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
