E. Banks, Town Clerk Dale G. Hill The Police Committee recommends to the Board of Trustees that, in regard to multiple businesses, one occupation tax license be required when the businesses are located in one location and operated under the same man- agement. All new licenses shall be approved by the Town Clerk. Chief Banks presented an estimate on the proposed police department remodeling. The estimated cost is $3,700.00. The Police Committee referred this request to the Public Buildings and Parks Committee. Chief Banks was authorized to place an order for a Motorola Handie Talkie FM radio set at a cost of $739.80. The company has agreed to refund the purchase price should the set not operate to the satis- faction of the Police Department. Town Attorney Ernest G. Hartwell will conduct the annual Police School on Tuesday, June 4, 1968, from 2:00 P. M. to 4:00 P. M. The Chief and all officers are to attend. The Committee instructed the Police Chief to have the old car parked near the library towed to the Dump. Chief Banks indicated he did not wish to sign the papers from the Colorado State Patrol regarding the radio in the ambulance. The Clerk was instructed to inquire if someone other than the Police Chief could sign. The Committee established it's regular meeting date as the second Wed- nesday of each month.
