REFERANCE: Taking over of duties of dog warden and Humane Officer.
Dear Sirs;
As of November lst, 1969 I will be the new dog warden and humane control
officer. I have been around the last week attempting to get organized and the
following is as up to date as I can bring it right now.
There are no dogs or cats presently in the pound. There is about 3/4 of
a 100 1,ound sack of food with approximately 1/4 of the food laying on the floor.
Sue Succetti and her husband are caring for a few animals which have been
picked up by the department and they are:
1 Buckskin Mare Picked up by officer Banks on Elkhorn Ave on October 24th,
1969. There has been complaints about the horse or inquiriess
about the horse.
Palomino Gelding Picked up by officer Banks on By-pass with the assistance
of Sue and her husband. Picked up on October 31st, 1969
1 Tom Cat Black and White in color and brought to the police dept.
by a citizen who complained that it has been around the
post office for about 4 days. Impounded October 31st, 1969.
These are animals that are being taken care of by the Succetti's by request of
the Estes Park Police Dept. They will not be released until either the owner claims
them or they are auctioned off at public auction. There has been advertisement about
the animals and they are being fed and cared for by the Succettits.
I will sumitt daily reports when I pick up any animal or when any animal
is turned over to me.
Respectfully Sumitted
liam E. Banks `Jr
