Re: 60 day notice of resignation
Gentlemen:
I cannot continue as operator of the Estes Park Ambulance Service
under the present contract. I am, therefore, submitting my 60
day notice of resignation, subject to drastic changes in the
present setup. These changes would be as follows:
1. The amount of $744.00 paid by the County on the basis of
unpaid bills outside the city limits, which money was all
supposed to have been given to me, as -operator of the am-
bulance service and which was, instead, put into the fund
of the Town for dispensation.
2. Reasonable time off duty each week._
3. Two weeks paid vacation each year.
4. A definite increase in salary.
5. Adequate paid help - 2 men and myself
6. Opportunity to attend training sessions on Ambulance Service
in the Denver area.
This resignation will take effect 60 days from April 27th,-or June
26th, unless we can come to an agreement.
Very trulyiyours,
AMES 0. CONANT
