Burgess; Trustees Petrocine and Sutter Attending: Chairman Robert E. Burgess; Trustees Petrocine and Sutter Also Attending: Town Administrator Hill, Police Chief Ault AMBULANCE: Mr. James Conant of the Estes Park Ambulance Service, Inc. has submitted the following proposal under which he would consent to continue with the Ambulance Service: 1. Mr. Conant be placed on the Town payroll as a Town employee at a monthly salary of $734.00 for a six day week or $618.00 for a five day week. 2. That Mr. Conant be entitled to the same benefits as the other Town employees, such as sick leave, vacation, health benefits, etc. 3. Mr. Conant's duties would be limited to managing the ambulance service only and the Town would collect all accounts, pay all bills, hire all of the help, etc. The Committee recommends to the Board of Trustees this proposal not be accepted. The Committee recommends that the same basic ambulance agreement, pre- viously in effect with the Estes Park Ambulance, Inc., be entered into by the Town of Estes Park and Mr. Ed Gibson. Mr. Gibson would remain employeed in his position as Town mechanic in addition to the ambulance agreement. POLICE PERSONNEL: Chief Ault reviewed personnel schedules with the Committee as they relate to both seasonal and permanent employees. PARKING REGULATIONS: Parking lot regulations were discussed and the Committee suggests press releases be issued regarding same. There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
