Dear Bob:
We would like to request that diagonal parking lines be established
for on -street parking in front of the Courtyard building at 165 Virginia
Drive, Estes Park. We would like a two-hour time limit, to conform with
limits on Elkhorn Avenue. Enclosed is a drawing showing the actual space
available for parking in front of the building, including the small space
to the south which has been cleared in order to give us access to the
street from our sidewalk.
Thank you very muck.

Recommended possibilities for parking --Courtyard Shops
1. Parallel Parking -- Allows three (3) cars to park in front
of the business. 68' length, no time limit.
2. Diagonal Parking -- Allows six (6) vehicles to park in front
of the business. Extending 16' from curb into street side,
which is allowable. (See Pictures) No time limit.
3. The traveled portion of Virginia Street is 26' and the
traveled portion of Park Lane is 22'.
4. Virginia Street is to be expanded to 40' width which will
make the diagonal very possible.
5. The entire width of Park Lane is 59'.
