Sue Doylen presented a draft of the flyer to be put in March or April utility bills B. Flyer to be approved by Public Works at the February 7 meeting I. Russ to give Arboretum site plan, plant species, plant cost II. Scott to edit III. Mayor to approve IV. Look into 501C3 tax exempt, maybe through Friends of the Museum, for business/corporate donations C. Beetle — Fire Mitigation Symposium I. Board Room reserved for May 18 from 10-3 II. Wendy to set up program and speakers (Dave Lentz) III. Booths in ante room and back of Board Room IV. Arbor Day for Estes May 11 D. Tentative Calendar I. Wendell's tree articles for papers through Scott — March II. Mayor's Tree Month press conference April 23-27? For May 4 publications III. Arbor Day May 11 IV. Symposium May 18 E. Ponderosa Tree Slab I. Russ contact Rock Inn for delivery date, photo publicity II. Scott, Russ and Bruce to process slab for Arbor Day Symposium F. Other renderings I.
