Brownfield, Glenn Prosser, N. T. Petrocine, Marvin L. Steele and Harry B. Tregent. Also Present: Secretary Dale G. Hill The Board of Trustees of the Town of Estes Park, Larimer County, Colorado, ex-officio the Board of Directors of Estes Park General Improvement Sewer District No. 1, met in regular session at the Town Hall in Estes Park, Larimer County, Colorado, on Monday, the 8th day of June, 1970, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M. The Board of Directors of the Estes Park General Improvement Sewer Dis- trict No. 1 proceeded to open the sealed bids for the construction of a sanitary sewer system as advertised in the Mountain Gazette on May 21, May 28 and June 4, 1970. The following bids were opened and the total base bids were recorded: 1. McStain Corporation, Boulder 2. J. D. Dye, Colorado Springs 3. Coulson Excavating Co., Loveland 4. Colorado Pipeline, Greeley 5. Hadden Construction Co., Colorado Springs 6. Rocky Mountain Concrete & Construction Co. $66,137.50 99,857.00 64,225.25 35,540.00 54,624.00 41,719.85 The Board of Directors instructed the consulting engineer, Bill Sinclair of Moline & Ireland, Inc. to review the bids for accuracy and specifica- tions and to report back. After examining the bids and and prices, Mr. Sinclair reported the following corrected bids: 1. Rocky Mountain Concrete & Construction Co. 2. Hadden Construction Co., Colorado Springs 3. Colorado Pipeline, Greeley 4. Coulson Excavating Co., Loveland 5. McStain Corporation, Boulder 6. J. D.
