A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR THE ESTES PARK GENERAL IMPROVEMENT
SEWER DISTRICT #1, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING ON THE 1ST DAY OF
JANUARY, 1971, AND ENDING ON THE LAST DAY OF DECEMBER, 1971, ESTIMATING
THE AMOUNT OF MONEY NECESSARY TO BE RAISED BY TAX LEVY BASED ON THE SAID
BUDGET SO ADOPTED; ESTIMATING THE AMOUNT OF MONEY TO BE DERI VED'FROM
O'THER REVENUE SOURCES; AND SETTING FORTH THE TOTAL ESTIMATED EXPENDI-
TURES FOR EACH FUND.
WHEREAS, the Secretary designated to prepare the annual budget for
the Estes Park General Improvement Sewer District I1, Colorado, for the
fiscal year beginning January 1, 1971, and ending December 31, 1971, has
prepared said budget and submitted it to the Board of Directors, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors held a public hearing on said budget
on October 12, 1970,
AND, WHEREAS, the assessed valuation of taxable property for the
year 1971 in the Estes Park General Improvement Sewer District, as re-
turned by the County Assessor of Larimer County, Colorado, is the sum
of $485,770.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
ESTES PARK GENERAL IMPROVEMENT SEWER DISTRICT #1 is:
Section 1: That the estimated revenue for the funds of the Estes
Park General Improvement Sewer District #1 is:
From unappropriated surplus
From property taxes
Total
$13,489.00
12,853.00
$26,342.00
Section 2. That the estimated expenditures for the Estes Park
General Improvement Sewer District #1 are as follows:
Estes Park Sanitation District
Agreement(.014 mills) $ 6,800.00
Debt Service 6,600.00
Total $13,400.00
Section 3. That the budget for the Estes Park General Improvement
Sewer District #1, for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1971 and
ending December 31, 1971, as heretofore submitted to the Board of Direc-
tors by the Secretary, and as changed and amended by said Board of
Directors be, and the same hereby is adopted and approved as the budget
for the Estes Park General Improvement Sewer District for said fiscal
year.
Section 4. That the budget herein approved and adopted shall be
signed by the President and the Secretary, and made a part of the public
records of the Estes Park General Improvement Sewer District.

I, Dale G. Hill, being the duly appointed and acting Secretary of
the Estes Park General Improvement. Sewer District #1, Colorado, do here-
by certify the above to be a true and correct copy of a Resolution passed
and adopted by the Board of Directors of the Estes Park General Improve-
ment Sewer District #1, Colorado, at a special meeting held on the 12th
day of October, 1970.
