ADOPTING BUDGET RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR THE ESTES PARK GENERAL IMPROVEMENT
SEWER DISTRICT #1, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING ON THE 1ST DAY OF
JANUARY, 1979, AND ENDING ON THE LAST DAY OF DECEMBER, 1979, ESTIMATING
THE AMOUNT OF MONEY NECESSARY TO BE RAISED BY TAX LEVY BASED ON THE SAID
BUDGET SO ADOPTED; ESTIMATING THE AMOUNT OF MONEY TO BE DERIVED FROM
OTHER REVENUE SOURCES; AND SETTING FORTH THE TOTAL ESTIMATED EXPENDITURES
FOR EACH FUND.
WHEREAS, the Secretary designated to prepare the annual budget for
the Estes Park General Improvement Sewer District #1, Colorado, for the
fiscal year beginning January 1, 1979, and ending December 31, 1979, has
prepared said budget and submitted it to the Board of Directors, and;
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors held a public hearing on said budget
on October 10, 1978;
AND WHEREAS, the assessed valuation of taxable property for the year
1979 in the Estes Park General Improvement Sewer District #1, as returned
by the County Assessor of Larimer County, Colorado, is the sum of $657,410;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE ESTES
PARK GENERAL IMPROVEMENT SEWER DISTRICT #1:
Section 1. That the estimated revenue for the funds of the Estes
Park General Improvement Sewer District #1 is:
From unappropriated surplus $ 49,357
From property taxes 9,237
Interest 2,500
Total $ 61,094
Section 2. That the estimated expenditures for the Estes Park
General Improvement Sewer District #1 are as follows:

Section 3. That the budget for the Estes Park General Improvement
Sewer District #1, for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1979, and ending
December 31, 1979, as heretofore submitted to the Board of Directors by the
Secretary, and as changed and amended by said Board of Directors be, and
the same hereby is adopted and approved as the budget for the Estes Park
General Improvement Sewer District #1 for said fiscal year.
Section 4. That the budget herein approved and adopted shall be
signed by the President and Secretary, and made a part of the public records
of the Estes Park General Improvement Sewer District #1.

I, Dale G. Hill, being the duly appointed and acting Secretary of the Estes
Park General Improvement Sewer District #1, Colorado, do hereby certify the
above to be a true and correct copy of a Resolution passed and adopted by
the Board of Directors of the Estes Park General Improvement Sewer District
#1, Colorado, at a regular meeting held on the loth day of October, 1978.
