LIBRARY - CEILING INSULATION AND STORM WINDOWS:
Upon request of the Board of Trustees, the Committee reviewed EsItes
Home Insulation's bid of $534.60 to insulate the Library ceiling with
an R-19 factor. The Committee accepts Estes Home Insulation's bid
and recommends increasing the insulation factor to R-30 at an esti-
mated cost of $800.
Cost estimates of installing storm windows in the Library were re-
viewed and the Committee recommends installing the windows on all
sides excluding the north side at an approximate cost of $2,1001
When the new addition is completed, the west storm windows will be
transferred to the north side.
MUNICIPAL BUILDING - STORM WINDOWS:
The cost to replace the Municipal Building windows with thermopane
would be about $1,000 per 11 foot segment. The Committee directed
the Public Works Director to study the building's heat loss and ap-
proximate savings from installing thermopane.

of 1977:

Street from the Estes Park Bank to the Community Church. The Committee
directed the staff to research the matter further.

cept for some seeding. The final report will be submitted next
week.

on Bailey Lane have responded regarding paving and the response
was both favorable and unfavorable. Response from Valley Road
property owners has been greater and more favorable.
STORM DRAIN IN PARKING LOT #2 - Reevaluation of the storm drainage
situation in Parking Lot #2 revealed that a combination cement box
and culvert would be a better solution than the asphalt pan.
