HOSPITAL BOARD REQUEST REGARDING ROOM 203 OF THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING: Maurice Worley, Vice Chairman of the Park Hospital District Board, requested the Elizabeth Guild be permitted to install their cabinets and cupboards in Room 203 of the Municipal Building where the Guild will be meeting. He explained that the remodeling of the hospital basement has forced the Elizabeth Guild to temporarily find other meeting quarters and storage for their cabinets. The Committee felt that adequate cabinet space is presently available in Room 203 which should be utilized prior to adding more cabinets. The Committee suggested that if the Guild desired to use the existing cabinets and install locks on them, that the Guild then contact the Women's Club. TOURIST INFORMATION CENTER MAINTENANCE: The Committee noted that the exterior of the Tourist Information Center needs maintenance and repair.
